The world is constantly changing. Consider working with a Realtor who changes with the world, while maintaining an unchanging loyalty to his clients. I have a different view of Real Estate than what you might be used to. I am constantly observing the industry to determine what is best for my clients. Let me give you a few examples: I don't do, "Open Houses". Before the internet was established enough to be the driving force in marketing, Open Houses were a necessity. Now they are just used to get more Buyers for an agent and they add wear and tear to your property. Your best interests are my priority. I don't do, "Broker's Opens". Once again, before the internet, these were a good idea. Now they are just used to manipulate the Seller. My clients deserve better. I don't put up Real Estate signs. Although they help the Realtor advertise their name, I can't see where these were ever a good idea for the client. They reflect a lack of discretion and flag your property for local vandals. Those are some of the things I don't do. I would like to think that I have spent this extra time instead on my education, so that you would have a Realtor representing your property who is well educated in pricing, promotion, presentation, negotiation, strategy, follow-through, and most importantly, listening.
