Seattle Washington's complete website for Real Estate and homes for sale. Search for Seattle Washington Real Estate at Kohut Real Estate ____________________________________________________________ * Realtors are in business, but in general, are not business people. * With gains, losses, short sales, and new tax laws, Real Estate just became a lot more complicated, and the average Realtor doesn't have the educational background or experience to work with lenders, understand tax law, or to negotiate the purchase or sale of a home to your advantage. * Consider working with a Realtor who can truly help you. Kohut Real Estate is my brokerage. Through this brokerage I have the pleasure of providing Real Estate services to clients who appreciate personal service. You will be happy with me working to make your life more pleasurable. I enjoy offering personal service. I'm sorry to say that Real Estate prices are still dropping. Other Realtors might tell you something different, but I am telling you the truth. If you are considering buying a home, please wait. I recommend that you rent until the market stabilizes. Selling your home is a lot more complicated. If you have to sell your home, then price it aggressively so that you can get it sold quickly. If you are upside down in your mortgage, you may want to consider getting out of your house any way you can. Banks and the laws that govern them have been changing to your advantage as to selling your home and not getting stuck with the debt. It is a sad set of circumstances to be sure. I have a question for you: Knowing that houses are selling every day. What kind of Realtor sells a person a house in this market, knowing that the value will probably go down? Its hard for me to say, but it may be that an honest Realtor may be harder to find than an honest politician. This is just an overview. If you have any questions or would just like to discuss the topic further, please send me an email, text me, or give me a call, I am always happy to help. Thank you. |
